TRANSFORMATION IMPACT MANAGER

HEAD OF PEOPLE & CULTURE

UGANDA/KAMPALA
QUALIFICATIONS
Bachelor’s degree (minimum requirement)
Experience in the NGO/development sector, microfinance or banking
Must have at least 3 years’ experience in Christian ministry
Strong facilitation, coaching and training skills
Transforming lives of children
