Description
The Government of Uganda represented by The National Identification & Registration Authority (NIRA) has allocated funds to be used for the procurement of NIRA District Office space through renting listed in the table below.
NIRA now invites sealed bids from eligible bidders for the provision of the following:

Bidding will be conducted in accordance with the Open Domestic Bidding method contained in the Public Procurement and Disposal of Public Assets Act, Cap 205 and is open to all bidders.
Interested eligible bidders may obtain further information and inspect the bidding documents at the address given below at 7(a) from 08:00 am – 5:00 pm (working Days).
The Bidding Documents In English may be obtained by interested bidders from the addresses indicated on the table above. No payment required.
Bids must be delivered to the address below at 7(a) at or before 11:00 am on /before 11th March 2026. All bids must be accompanied by a bid securing declaration. Late bids shall be rejected. Bids will be opened in the presence of the bidders' representatives who choose to attend at the address below at 8(b) at 11:30 a.m on 11th March 2026.
