This is a full-time, on-site position based in Kampala for a Sales Staff professional. The Sales Staff will be responsible for identifying potential clients, maintaining relationships with existing clients, and promoting the agency's advertising and marketing services. Daily tasks include generating leads, preparing proposals, conducting market research, meeting sales targets, and representing the company in client meetings and events. Collaboration with internal teams to ensure client satisfaction will be essential.

Qualifications

• Proven skills in sales, client acquisition, and relationship management
• Knowledge of marketing, advertising, and promotional strategies
• Strong communication and negotiation skills
• Ability to conduct market research and analyze industry trends
• Proficiency in using sales and presentation tools
• Self-motivated with the ability to meet deadlines and work under minimal supervision
• Flexibility to work on-site and willingness to travel within Kampala if required
• A degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field is an added advantage
