For all Junior positions in the HR field, we offer a 6-month fully remote internship (salary range: €800–€1,500 per month). For candidates with 2–4 years of experience, we offer a permanent contract with an annual salary ranging from €22,500 to €35,000.
You will have the opportunity to grow exponentially through hands-on, on-the-job training. You can work from one of our offices (Milan, Rome, or Madrid) or fully remotely. We will also provide you with a latest-generation MacBook.

Responsibilities:
Within the team, you may be responsible for one or more of the following tasks:
- Recruiting Process: Contribute to the recruitment process, from writing job advertisements, reviewing CVs to managing communications with candidates and organizing interviews;
- Employee onboarding: Help new hires integrate into the company culture by providing orientation, training materials and assistance with initial administrative procedures;
- Management of company documents and policies: Keep company documents and policies updated, including handbooks, internal regulations and employment contracts, and ensure that employees are informed of them;
- Corporate relations support: Manage communications between employees and resolve any problems related to interpersonal relations, acting as an intermediary and facilitator;
- Employer Branding & Marketing activities;
- Human Resource Development and Training: Contribute to employee training and development, identifying learning opportunities and assisting with career planning.

Selection Process:
CV Screening: The first step is a curriculum vitae (CV) screening (usually within 20 days of
application).
Phone Interview: The second step involves a 15-minute phone interview with our HR Manager.
Video Interview: The final step is a video interview with both the HR Manager and your future supervisor, lasting at least 45 minutes.
