You will work directly with Eric Siu (200K+ YouTuber with regular guests like Alex Hormozi, Neil

Patel & Ali Abdaal) to test AI YouTube strategies and drive growth

You'll own and scale two YouTube channels that reach millions of entrepreneurs monthly

Role details

• Own the entire content strategy for two high-growth YouTube channels
• Run A/B tests on titles, thumbnails, and hooks within 24 hours of publish
• Use YouTube analytics to double our business leads
• Validate and pitch winning video ideas weekly based on competitor research
• Guide editors and designers while jumping in hands-on when experiments need acceleration

Skills & Experience

Must-Haves:

• 3-5+ years growing YouTube channels to 250k+ subs or 1M+ monthly views
• Proven experience of tying YouTube growth to business outcomes
• Portfolio showing CTR and retention improvements with real case studies
• Strong copywriting skills for titles, hooks, and video storytelling
• Fluency in YouTube Studio, TubeBuddy/VidIQ, GA4, and attribution models

Nice-to-Haves:

• Experience with LinkedIn, TikTok, or X short-form growth
• AI editing and analytics tool expertise
• Motion graphics or thumbnail design skills
