JOB DETAILS:

JOB SUMMARY
The Junior Wireless Engineer, you will be integral to the design, deployment, and optimization of wireless communication systems within our telecommunications infrastructure. This role offers hands-on experience with cutting-edge wireless technologies, including 4G/5G, Wi-Fi, and mi systems, under the mentorship of senior engineers.

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Responsible for the commissioning, debugging, cut-over and acceptance of wireless products (including GSM, HDSPA & LTE and NR);
• Transfers skills to technical engineers of representative offices and outsourcing personnel.
• Provides technical support and troubleshooting for maintenance during the engineering period.
• Handles the faults escalated from the front line of wireless products.
• Escalates the faults that cannot be handled by the second line of wireless products to the third line of technical support.
• Conducts preventive maintenance of wireless products
• Provides optimization suggestions or solutions based on wireless network problems
• Have the experience about MS

Requirements

QUALIFICATIONS, SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE:

• Bachelor's degree in Telecommunications, Electrical Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field.
• Basic understanding of wireless communication principles, including 802.11 standards and networking concepts such as IP addressing and routing.
• Strong problem-solving abilities with attention to detail.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
