Job Summary:

Provides valuation services for land, buildings, and assets affected by mining operations. Supports the land acquisition and compensation processes.

Key Duties and Responsibilities:

• Conduct property valuations
• Prepare detailed valuation reports
• Collaborate with legal and land officers
• Maintain up-to-date property records

Minimum Qualifications and Experience:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Land Economics or Valuation
• Registered with relevant valuation authority in Uganda
• Minimum of 3 years’ experience

Competencies and Skills:

• Knowledge of property laws and valuation methods
• Integrity and confidentiality
• Good analytical skills

• The Uganda National Mining Company (UNMC) was established under the Mining and Minerals Act, 2022, (Act No. 25 of 2022) and incorporated under the Companies Act 2012, (Act No.1 of 2012). UNMC is a limited liability company wholly owned by the Government of Uganda.
