JOB DETAILS:

Duties and Responsibilities:

· Managing the Underwriting and Claims efficiently by training and guiding, and ensuring excellent service delivery by handling issues in a speedy and accurate manner.

· Ensuring efficient and quick turnaround time on documentation consistently in both Departments.

· Preparing and executing renewal follow up and documents. Focusing on organic and new business, which may require client / prospect visits.

· Communicating effectively internally with clients and Insurers.

· Liaising with Accounts Department very regularly on all outstanding premiums.

· Being hands on and endeavor to handle any assignment with efficiency, reliability and well within the deadlines stipulated.

· Preparing mandatory monthly MIS reports and reports on any client visits and prospects.

· Having positive attitude, and delivering seamless solutions .

Qualifications:

· Bachelor’s Degree in any course but with work experience of 2-3 years in the same Line of Business / Position.

· A Diploma / Certificate in Insurance course is an added advantage.
