Description

Exquisite Solution Limited is recruiting a Territory Business Executive for a client in the oil and gas sector. The role is responsible for delivering lubricants sales growth, industrial client acquisition, technical training of mechanics and station staff, and execution of targeted promotional activities to drive volume and brand visibility.

Key Responsibilities

  • Apply company pricing for all products to protect approved margins.
  • Manage assigned accounts, including reconciliations, invoicing, statement delivery, and debt collection.
  • Conduct regular customer visits as per the territory plan to maintain relationships and grow sales pipeline (using POPSA and SPANCOP tools).
  • Prepare and submit performance and business reports.
  • Enforce HSSEQ standards across all customer and partner sites in coordination with the HSSEQ Officer.
  • Implement the agreed sales and distribution strategy to ensure strong product availability within the territory.
  • Deliver targets on volume, margin, availability, visibility, pricing, and service quality.
  • Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets set.
  • Drive trade marketing, brand advocacy, and team training initiatives to improve performance.
  • Represent the company at assigned events and carry out any additional duties as directed by management.

Qualifications and Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Sales, Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Three years of experience in field sales, account development, or B2B sales; oil and gas experience is an advantage.
  • Prior experience in door-to-door or route-to-market sales preferred.
  • Strong interpersonal, negotiation, communication, and presentation skills.
  • Self-motivated, energetic, and resilient, with the ability to work independently in the field.
  • Sound financial awareness, including basic credit and payment management.
  • Strong reporting, record-keeping, and market awareness with solid commercial acumen.
