Reddy’s Pharma Limited is a pharmaceutical manufacturer and distributor based in Kampala, Uganda. Established in 2000, it specializes in importing life-saving drugs and manufacturing products such as medical masks and antiseptics.

Job Summary: Reddy’s Pharma Ltd. is seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Technical Supervisor to oversee pharmaceutical manufacturing equipment, ensure regulatory compliance, and support efficient production operations within our Engineering Department.

Key Duties and Responsibilities:

• Supervise daily operations and maintenance of filling, blending, and ancillary/laboratory equipment.
• Conduct inspections and promptly address equipment defects and process deviations.
• Carry out preventive maintenance and basic troubleshooting in accordance with SOPs.
• Maintain accurate production, quality, and maintenance records.
• Ensure compliance with cMP, safety, and regulatory requirements.
• Supervise, train, and develop technical staff while promoting a safe and efficient work environment.

Qualifications, Skills and Experience:

• Bachelor’s Degree or Diploma in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering.
• Knowledge of GMP, ISO, and HACCP requirements.
• Experience in pharmaceutical or manufacturing environments is an added advantage.
• Knowledge of PLCs, HMIs, and computer applications such as Excel and Word is an added advantage.
• Strong communication, teamwork, and problem-solving skills.
