Supply, Installation, Purchase and Delivery of Ict Equipment and Bio-Metric Machine Tender at Kakumiro District Local Government

1. Supply, installation and delivery of ICT equipment for St. Paul Kihumuro SS, St. Joseph Nkooko SS, and Mpasana Seed School, Kakumiro DLG. Proc ref. (Kaku 844/SPLs/2024-2025/00075) re-advertised. Bid security of 3,000,000+ inform of bank guarantee.
2. Purchase, supply and installation of Bio-metric machine for time and attendance, for Kakumiro DLG. REF.KAKU844/SPLs/2024-2025/00079.

Herein:
(a) Bidding will be conducted in accordance with request for quotation Bidding procedure contained in the Government of Uganda's Public Procurement and Disposal of Public Assets Act 2003, the LG (PPDA) Regulations 2023.A copy of current income tax clearance certificate is a must and all the requirements are in the bidding documents.

(b) Bid documents should be addressed to the Head, Procurement and Disposal Unit-Kakumiro, P.O Box 522. Kakumiro and delivered to the same office. Upon payment of 100,000+ using PRM Through URA. On the same day, all bids/applications will be opened in the Board room starting at 10:30 am in the presence of bidders or their representatives who may choose to attend.
c) Late bids/applications shall be rejected.
