JOB DETAILS:

We are looking for a proactive and organized Store Manager to oversee daily store operations, manage inventory, and ensure excellent customer service. The successful candidate will be responsible for achieving operational efficiency and meeting business performance targets.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage daily store operations and supervise store staff.
• Monitor inventory levels and coordinate stock replenishment.
• Ensure excellent customer service and resolve customer concerns.
• Maintain accurate inventory and sales records.
• Implement merchandising and stock control procedures.
• Prepare operational and inventory reports.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and safety standards.
• Support business growth through effective store management.

Qualifications and Experience:

• Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, Retail Management, or a related field.
• Minimum of 3 years' relevant experience in retail or store management.
• Strong leadership, organizational, and communication skills.
• Proficiency in inventory management systems and Microsoft Office.
