JOB DETAILS:

Key Responsibilities:

• Monitor and manage stock levels of green coffee beans, processed coffee, packaging materials, and other supplies.
• Diverse the reach of incoming goods and ensure accurate dispatch of coffee products for export, verifying quantities and quality.
• Maintain accurate inventory records using manual and digital systems, ensuring compliance with company standards.
• Adhes to and enforces workplace safety and hygiene standards, including proper handling of food-grade products.
• Work closely with procedures and logistics to ensure smooth operations and timely delivery schedules.

Qualifications

• Diploma or degree in Supply Chain Management.
• Applics, develops, demonstrates and conducts a minimum of 2-4 years of experience as a standkeeper or an administrator, preferably in food processing or export industries.
• Knowledge of food processing, storage requirements, and export logistics at play.
