Job Summary: We are looking an experienced Software Developer to manage and improve our Loan Management System.
The role involves system development, integrations, and ongoing technical support.
Key Duties and Responsibilities:
Develop and maintain the Loan Management System
- Build and manage APls for integrations
- Handle database management and optimization
- Troubleshoot system issues and support users
- Manage Linux servers and deployments
- Support integrations with mobile money and fintech platforms
Qualifications, Skills and Experience:
- Minimum 5 years’ experience in fintech or microfinance
- Strong experience with Loan Management Systems
- Good understanding of lending / loan lifecycle processes
- Java (Spring Boot), MySQL / PostgreSQL / MariaDB, REST APIs, Hibernate / JPA, Linux server management
Added Advantage
- Experience with MTN/ Airtel mobile money integrations
- Experience supporting live financial systems
