Job Purpose:
To manage, create, and publish engaging content across the company’s social media platforms, grow audience engagement, and enhance the brand’s online presence in line with the organization’s marketing objectives.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement social media strategies aligned with the company’s brand and objectives.
- Create, schedule, and publish engaging content (posts, videos, stories, etc.) across all relevant platforms (e.g., Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, X/Twitter, TikTok, YouTube).
- Monitor, moderate, and respond to comments, messages, and mentions in a timely and professional manner.
- Analyze performance metrics and prepare monthly/quarterly reports to track growth, engagement, and ROI.
- Collaborate with the design, marketing, and product teams to support campaigns and new product launches.
- Stay updated on social media trends, best practices, platform updates, and competitors’ activities.
- Manage paid social media advertising campaigns, including budgeting, targeting, and reporting.
- Maintain a consistent brand voice and style across all digital content.
Required Qualifications & Skills:
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Public Relations, or a related field.
- Proven experience managing corporate or brand social media accounts.
- Strong writing, editing, and communication skills.
- Creativity with an eye for design, visual storytelling, and emerging trends.
- Proficiency in social media management tools (e.g., Hootsuite, Buffer, Later) and analytics tools.
- Basic knowledge of graphic design tools (e.g., Canva, Adobe Creative Suite) is an advantage.
- Strong organizational skills and ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously.
- Ability to work both independently and collaboratively.
Desirable:
- Experience running paid social media campaigns.
- Understanding of SEO, digital marketing principles, and content marketing strategies.
- Photography and video editing skills.
