Job Description/Requirements
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute social media marketing strategies that build brand awareness, engagement, and community growth across Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, and LinkedIn.
- Identify trending topics, formats, and viral content ideas relevant to clients’ industries and audiences.
- Collaborate with the content team to plan and direct photo and video shoots, ensuring the output aligns with the marketing objectives and brand tone.
- Accompany photographers/videographers on client shoots to guide creative direction and ensure storytelling consistency.
- Participate in client strategy meetings to contribute ideas, campaign plans, and creative recommendations.
- Work with designers and writers to create visually appealing, high-performing content that meets campaign goals.
- Monitor analytics and generate performance reports to measure growth, reach, and engagement.
- Stay up to date with social media trends, algorithm changes, and best practices to maintain a competitive edge.
- Contribute to brand positioning and marketing strategy, ensuring each client’s voice and identity is well represented online.
Candidate Requirements
- 3–5 years of hands-on experience in social media marketing, preferably within a marketing agency.
- Strong understanding of social media algorithms, trends, and audience engagement techniques.
- Proven ability to conceptualize and direct creative content, including reels, stories, and campaigns.
- Excellent strategic thinking and ability to translate brand objectives into social media action plans.
- Comfortable working on-site and joining client meetings and content shoots when required.
- Proficiency in using Meta Business Suite, TikTok Business tools, and content planning platforms (e.g., Later, Notion, Trello, etc.).
- Strong communication, organization, and collaboration skills.
- A creative mindset with an eye for storytelling, aesthetics, and detail.
