JOB DETAILS:

SITE & TRADING MANAGER

Location: Kikagati, Uganda (Field-Based)

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Hold full operational & commercial accountability for mine sites.
• Drive supply volume growth, trading targets, and material intake.
• Manage operational budgets, site payments, and security controls.
• Provide daily production reports and commentary to senior executive.

REQUIREMENTS

• Commercially minded operator comfortable owning targets & budgets.
• Strong loss-prevention mindset with high integrity.
• Proven ability to manage field teams and trader relationships.
