KNOWLEDGE AND SKILLS
Education
• Advanced degree in social sciences, public health, economics, or a related field.
Experience
• 3 to 4 years of experience in conducting research and evaluation studies in the social development sector.
• Experience working from a consulting perspective, ideally for a firm or organization that works for external clients.
• Expertise in quantitative research methods.
• Proficiency in data analysis software (e.g., SPSS, STATA, R).
• Excellent written English and oral communication skills.

• Ability to manage multiple projects and meet strict deadlines.
• Experience in writing and proposal development.
• Strong understanding of social development issues and challenges across Africa, and Uganda in particular.
