Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced English Teacher to join our dynamic international school faculty.

The successful candidate will be responsible for delivering high-quality English language and literature instruction to

secondary school students in a diverse and multicultural environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Plan, prepare, and deliver engaging English lessons aligned with the international curriculum.
  • Foster critical thinking, creativity, and effective communication among students.
  • Assess and evaluate student progress through assignments, tests, and projects.
  • Provide constructive feedback and support to students to enhance their language skills
  • Integrate technology and innovative teaching methods into lessons.
  • Collaborate with colleagues, parents, and school leadership to support student learning.
  • Participate in extracurricular activities, school events, and professional development opportunities.


Qualifications and Experience:

  • Education: Bachelor's degree in English, Education, or a related field. A teaching certification (PGCE, QTS,TEFL, CELTA, or equivalent) is preferred.
  • Experience: Minimum 2 years of teaching English at the secondary school level. Experience in an international school setting is an advantage.
  • Language Proficiency: Native or near-native fluency in English.
  • Skills: Strong communication, adaptability, classroom management, and cultural awareness.

  • Desirable Skills:
  • Experience with IB, IGCSE, or other international curricula.
  • Ability to differentiate instruction to meet the needs of diverse learners.
  • Enthusiasm for integrating literature, writing, and media into lessons.
