Job Summary
Welcome and assist customers in selecting wedding gowns, bridesmaid dresses, and bridal accessories, while providing styling advice on designs, fabrics, fittings, and trends. Schedule and coordinate fitting appointments with the tailoring team, maintain showroom cleanliness and display standards, keep accurate sales and client records, and upsell accessories and complementary products to enhance the customer experience.

Job Duties:
- Welcome and assist customers in selecting wedding gowns, bridesmaid dresses, and bridal accessories.
- Provide styling advice and guide clients on designs, fabrics, fittings, and trends.
- Schedule and coordinate fitting appointments with the tailoring team.
- Maintain cleanliness and display standards of the showroom.
- Keep accurate sales and client interaction records.
- Upsell accessories and complementary products to enhance the customer experience.
Requirements:
- Minimum of a Certificate in Marketing, Fashion Design, or a related field.
- At least 1 year of proven experience in fashion retail, sales, or a customer-facing role.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- A passion for fashion, styling, and customer satisfaction.
