Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Sales Representative based in Kampala. The Sales Representative will be responsible for identifying and pursuing new sales opportunities, maintaining relationships with clients, and achieving sales targets. The role involves conducting market research, presenting and promoting insurance products to potential clients, and providing excellent customer service and support. The Sales Representative will also be responsible for preparing reports on sales performance and ensuring compliance with company policies and regulations.
