About Us:

Moyo Comfort, a brand by Det Industries, is expanding across East Africa with a focus on health, hygiene, and personal comfort products. We are looking for an experienced Sales Representative in Uganda to manage and grow our distribution network for maternity pads, sanitary pads, OTC (over-the-counter) health products, and related consumer goods.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and maintain relationships with pharmacies, hospitals, maternity shops, wholesalers, and retailers.
• Promote and sell Moyo Comfort’s product range, including maternity pads, sanitary pads, and OTC health products.
• Identify and onboard new clients across key Ugandan regions.
• Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
• Conduct market visits and competitor analysis to support business growth.
• Coordinate with the Kenya head office for logistics, stock management, and promotional activities.

Requirements:

• Minimum 2–3 years of field sales experience in pharmaceuticals, FMCG, or hygiene products.
• Strong knowledge of maternity and sanitary products and OTC medicines.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
• Must be familiar with major Ugandan markets, especially Kampala and regional towns.
• Self-driven, target-oriented, and able to work independently.
• A valid driving license or access to transport is preferred.
