Job Summary:

The Sales representatives will be responsible for driving sales, building strong relationships with customers, and expanding the company’s market presence. The ideal candidates will have a deep understanding of FMCG distribution, excellent negotiation skills, and a proven track record in sales.

Key Responsibilities:

    • Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve business targets and increase market share.
    • Identify and engage potential customers, including wholesalers, retailers, and supermarkets.
    • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure repeat business and customer satisfaction.
    • Conduct market research to identify new opportunities and assess competitor activities.
    • Monitor stock levels and ensure timely replenishment to meet customer demands.
    • Negotiate contracts, pricing, and terms of sales agreements.
    • Prepare and submit sales reports, forecasts, and performance metrics.
    • Work closely with the logistics and supply chain teams to ensure timely delivery of products.
    • Provide feedback on customer needs and product improvements to management.

Qualifications and Experience:

  • Diploma or bachelor’s degree in business, Sales, Marketing, or a related field.
  • 2+ years of experience in FMCG sales, preferably within a distribution company.
  • Strong negotiation and communication skills.
  • Proven ability to meet and exceed sales targets.
  • Excellent relationship management and customer service skills.
  • Self-motivated, proactive, and able to work independently.
  • Proficiency in MS Office and sales reporting tools.
  • A valid driving license is an added advantage.
