Job Summary
The Sales & Marketing Manager will serve as a strategic leader heading our fast-moving consumer goods (FMCG) commercial initiatives. In this role, you will design impactful sales campaigns, manage a high-performance sales force, optimize distribution channels for our cooking oil, soap, and flour portfolios, and build sustainable market share across regional retail and wholesale landscapes.
Key Responsibilities
- Formulate, implement, and monitor robust sales and marketing strategies to achieve the company’s commercial objectives and revenue targets.
- Lead, mentor, and track the field performance of Sales Representatives and regional distribution networks.
- Identify emerging market opportunities, map competitor movements, and establish dynamic pricing frameworks for key product categories.
- Build and sustain high-value partnerships with key wholesalers, distributors, retail chains, and supermarkets.
- Coordinate cross-functionally with production and logistics teams to guarantee seamless product supply and distribution efficiency.
- Author regular sales forecasts, budget performance tracking, and analytical market reports for executive review.
Requirements & Qualifications
- Industry Experience: Proven background in sales and marketing management within the FMCG sector. Direct, comprehensive experience managing sales pipelines for Cooking Oil, Soap, and Flour products is highly preferred.
- Verification: Must possess a verifiable, documented employment history reference from previous employers.
- Core Competencies: Stellar leadership capabilities, data-driven analytical mindset, advanced contract negotiation skills, and exceptional relationship management.
