Job Summary: We are seeking highly motivated, energetic, and goal-oriented Sales & Marketing Interns to support our real estate sales operations for a period of six (6) months. The ideal candidates should be passionate about sales, eager to learn, confident in engaging clients, and capable of working in a fast-paced, target-driven environment. The interns will support lead generation, client engagement, property presentations, site visits, activations, and sales conversion initiatives aimed at driving revenue growth.
Key Duties and Responsibilities:
- Support the sales team in prospecting and generating new real estate leads.
- Conduct client follow-ups through calls, emails, social media, and physical activations.
- Assist in organizing and coordinating property site visits and client presentations.
- Participate in mall activations, roadshows, exhibitions, and marketing campaigns.
- Maintain and update customer databases and sales reports.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with prospective clients and agents.
- Promote company projects and provide accurate product information to clients.
- Support digital marketing initiatives and social media engagement where required.
- Assist in achieving departmental sales targets and monthly revenue goals.
- Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly activity reports compiled in a sales tracker Key Performance Targets
- Support achievement of monthly sales targets of USD 200K and above.
- Meet weekly lead generation and client conversion targets.
- Maintain consistent follow-up and pipeline management.
Qualifications, Skills and Experience:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Real Estate, Communication, or related field.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Self-motivated, disciplined, and target-driven.
- Ability to work independently and within a team environment.
- Willingness to learn and grow within the real estate industry.
- Proficiency in CRM, Computer skills and social media platforms is an added advantage.
