Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role based in Kampala for a Sales Marketing Executive. The successful candidate will be responsible for driving sales and developing marketing strategies to promote the agency's services. Key tasks include conducting market research to identify new opportunities, building relationships with clients, creating and executing market plans, and working closely with the creative team to align marketing campaigns with sales objectives. Additional duties may include preparing sales presentations, monitoring performance metrics, and contributing to client pitches and proposals.

Qualifications

• Strong skills in Market Planning and Marketing to develop effective promotional campaigns and strategies
• Proficiency in Market Research to identify trends, consumer needs, and opportunities
• Excellent Communication and relationship-building skills to engage with clients and team members
• Proven experience in Sales and Marketing to meet and exceed organizational sales goals
• Ability to analyze data and metrics to evaluate the effectiveness of marketing strategies
• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or a related field is preferred
• Prior experience in advertising or a similar industry is a plus
