Black Knight Africa is seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sales & Marketing Executive to join our growing team. You will play a key role in driving adoption of our innovative products across Uganda, including:

• UGCRM – a powerful cloud-based Customer Relationship Management system designed to help businesses streamline operations.
• My Digito Business Cards – modern digital business cards with NFC and QR technology for smart, professional networking.

Key Responsibilities

• Market and sell UGCRM and My Digito Business Cards to businesses across Uganda.
• Develop and execute sales strategies to meet targets.
• Build and maintain strong client relationships.
• Identify opportunities, prepare presentations, and close deals.
• Represent the company at business events, exhibitions, and client meetings.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or any related business course.
• Minimum 2 years of proven sales/marketing experience (preferably in tech or B2B solutions).
• Strong communication and negotiation skills.
• Ability to work independently and achieve targets.
• Tech-savvy with an understanding of digital tools and platforms.

Salary

Between 1,200,000 UGX plus performance bonuses
