Black Knight Africa is seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sales & Marketing Executive to join our growing team. You will play a key role in driving adoption of our innovative products across Uganda, including:
- UGCRM – a powerful cloud-based Customer Relationship Management system designed to help businesses streamline operations.
- My Digito Business Cards – modern digital business cards with NFC and QR technology for smart, professional networking.
Key Responsibilities
- Market and sell UGCRM and My Digito Business Cards to businesses across Uganda.
- Develop and execute sales strategies to meet targets.
- Build and maintain strong client relationships.
- Identify opportunities, prepare presentations, and close deals.
- Represent the company at business events, exhibitions, and client meetings.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or any related business course.
- Minimum 2 years of proven sales/marketing experience (preferably in tech or B2B solutions).
- Strong communication and negotiation skills.
- Ability to work independently and achieve targets.
- Tech-savvy with an understanding of digital tools and platforms.

Salary
Between 1,200,000 UGX plus performance bonuses
