Location:
Preferably based in Romania, with flexibility across the Balkan region
Travel:
Occasional travel within the region for distributor visits, retail support, and events
Job Responsibilities
1. Support channel strategy execution and contribute to achieving business development and sales targets in the CEE Balkan markets (Romania, Bulgaria, Croatia Etc.)
2. Drive both sell-in (to distributors/retailers) and sell-out (to end customers via retail & dealer channels) activities to accelerate market penetration.
3. Assist in building and maintaining strong relationships with existing distributors while identifying and supporting new sales channels such as consumer electronics retailers, marketplaces, and local showrooms/service partners.
4. Support new product introductions to distributors and retail partners, including coordination of communication, launch preparation, and assortment planning.
5. Collect and analyze market and competitor intelligence to provide actionable insights for regional business growth.
6. Collaborate with marketing and event teams to execute promotions, roadshows, and exhibitions with local distributors.
Qualifications
• Proven sales mindset with strong focus on channel development (distribution, retail, and alternative sales channels).
• Ability to manage and support partners in both sell-in and sell-out activities.
• Experience in consumer electronics, gardening tools, or related industries is highly desirable.
• Language skills: Fluent English plus at least one Balkan language (Romanian, Bulgarian, Croatian).
• Flexibility to travel and support regional initiatives across the CEE Balkans.
• Proactive and independent, yet structured enough to collaborate effectively with internal teams and distributors
