Job Summary:
We’re seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Sales Manager to lead our sales efforts across Uganda. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and executing sales strategies to drive business growth, build strong relationships with distributors, customers and partners, and expand our market presence. Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve business growth targets
- Build and maintain strong relationships with distributors, customers, partners, and stakeholders
- Identify new business opportunities and expand our market presence
- Manage and mentor a team of sales representatives
- Collaborate with marketing and product development teams to drive sales and product adoption
- Analyse sales data and market trends to inform sales strategies
- Ensure excellent customer service and support
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Sales, or a related field
- Proven sales experience, preferably in the energy or technology sector
- Strong understanding of technology and experience introducing new technologies to the market
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and lead a team
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Ability to travel within Uganda as required
