Norbrook Laboratories Limited is hiring an Area Sales Manager who will be responsible for driving sales growth and market penetration within the assigned territory. This role involves leading and coaching a team of Senior/ Technical Sales Representatives, managing distributor relationships, and ensuring achievement of sales targets. The successful candidate will combine strong leadership with a proven ability to build customer loyalty, analyze market trends, and deliver sustainable business results.
Responsibilities:
- Lead, coach, and motivate a team of Senior/ Technical Sales Representatives
- Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve and exceed regional targets.
- Build and maintain strong customer and distributor relationships.
- Conduct regular customer visits, presentations, and product trainings
- Drive market penetration, product launches, and sales promotions.
- Monitor distributor performance, stock levels, and compliance with pricing policies.
- Analyze market trends and sales data to identify growth opportunities.
- Ensure compliance with Health & Safety and pharmacovigilance regulations.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree, preferably in Animal Health or related field.
- Minimum 4 years’ experience in sales team management.
- Strong track record of hitting and exceeding sales targets.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and market analysis skills.
