Norbrook Laboratories Limited is hiring an Area Sales Manager who will be responsible for driving sales growth and market penetration within the assigned territory. This role involves leading and coaching a team of Senior/ Technical Sales Representatives, managing distributor relationships, and ensuring achievement of sales targets. The successful candidate will combine strong leadership with a proven ability to build customer loyalty, analyze market trends, and deliver sustainable business results.

Responsibilities:

    • Lead, coach, and motivate a team of Senior/ Technical Sales Representatives
    • Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve and exceed regional targets.
    • Build and maintain strong customer and distributor relationships.
    • Conduct regular customer visits, presentations, and product trainings
    • Drive market penetration, product launches, and sales promotions.
    • Monitor distributor performance, stock levels, and compliance with pricing policies.
    • Analyze market trends and sales data to identify growth opportunities.
    • Ensure compliance with Health & Safety and pharmacovigilance regulations.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree, preferably in Animal Health or related field.
  • Minimum 4 years’ experience in sales team management.
  • Strong track record of hitting and exceeding sales targets.
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and market analysis skills.
