Position: Sales Executive

As a Sales Executive, you will be the face of our shop — engaging with customers, promoting products, and ensuring an excellent shopping experience.

Key Responsibilities

• Greet and assist customers in a friendly and professional manner
• Understand customer needs and recommend suitable products
• Maintain product displays and ensure the shop is clean and organized
• Keep track of stock levels and assist with restocking
• Handle cash and process sales transactions accurately
• Meet sales targets and contribute to the shop's growth

Requirements

• Should be a graduate in any related field
• Previous experience in sales or customer service is an added advantage
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Trustworthy, honest, and punctual
• Basic knowledge of using a Point of Sale (POS) machine is a plus
