JOB DETAILS:

Job Purpose:
To drive sales of network infrastructure and communication solutions (e.g., structured cabling, wireless networks, VoIP, unified communications) to businesses and organizations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Business Development: Identify and target new sales opportunities within the assigned territory or market segment.
  • Client Prospecting: Generate leads through networking, cold calling, and attending industry events.
  • Solution Selling: Understand client technical requirements and propose tailored network and communication solutions.
  • Sales Cycle Management: Manage the entire sales cycle from lead generation to negotiation and closing deals.
  • Market Knowledge: Maintain a deep understanding of the competitive landscape and trends in networking and telecommunications.
  • Achieving Targets: Meet and exceed agreed-upon sales targets and quotas.

Qualifications & Skills:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, IT, Telecommunications, or a related field.
  • 3-5 years of B2B sales experience, specifically in selling network hardware, solutions, or telecommunication services.
  • Strong technical understanding of networking concepts (e.g., LAN/WAN, Wi-Fi, VPN, SD-WAN).
  • Proven track record of achieving sales targets.
  • Excellent negotiation and relationship-building skills.
