The ideal candidate will be responsible for promoting the hotel’s services, generating new business, maintaining client relationships, and ensuring customer satisfaction to drive revenue growth in line with the company’s objectives.
Key Responsibilities;
- Identify, prospect, and secure new business opportunities;
- Promote hotel services including accommodation, conference facilities, catering, and events;
- Maintain relationships with existing clients to encourage repeat business;
- Negotiate contracts and rates with clients following company guidelines;
- Prepare and present sales proposals to prospective clients;
- Collaborate with the marketing team to support promotional activities;
- Conduct market research and monitor competitor activities;
- Attend networking events, trade shows, and exhibitions;
- Maintain accurate sales records and prepare regular reports;
- Achieve assigned sales targets and performance goals;
