SWIFT MINDS: is a Management and Human Resource consultancy firm providing cutting edge consulting solutions to our clients in Various sectors.

Duties and Responsibilities:
• As a Sales Executive, you will be responsible for driving revenue growth by generating and closing sales of UV water purification systems. You will focus on acquiring new customers, expanding business with existing clients, and strategically identifying opportunities for increasing company profitability. You will be at the very core of our business, driving growth and success.
• Revenue Growth: Drive revenue growth by identifying and capitalizing on new business opportunities, ensuring steady and sustainable sales increases quarter over quarter.

• Lead Generation and Qualification: Research, identify, and qualify potential customers, including residential, commercial, and institutional sectors, using a data-driven approach.
• Account Expansion: Expand business with existing clients by upselling, cross-selling, and identifying new product offerings that match client needs, leading to greater account value and long-term retention.

• Sales Strategy Development: Collaborate with the sales manager and marketing teams to develop and implement targeted strategies that align with revenue objectives, focusing on new markets and sectors.

• Customer Relationship Management: Build and nurture strong, lasting relationships with clients to drive repeat business, ensure satisfaction, and encourage referrals.

• Market Penetration: Establish a strong presence in the UV water purification market by effectively communicating the health, environmental, and cost-saving benefits of our systems.
• Data-Driven Sales: Use analytics and sales performance data to make informed decisions, optimize sales strategies, and meet revenue targets.

Qualifications and Experience
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Sales, Marketing, or a related field is preferred.
• At least 2 years of in product sales most preferably water products
