JOB PURPOSE
Help the company obtain better brand recognition and financial growth while coordinating with company executives, sales, and marketing professionals to review current market trends and propose new business ideas that can improve revenue margins.

Revenue generation & Growth
- Join the hunting agenda by acquiring new clients or new opportunities from existing clients.
- Researching, planning, and implementing new target market initiatives.
- Pursuing leads and moving them through the sales cycle
- Researching prospective accounts in the target markets
- Constantly analyzing business performance against targets and seek to bridge variance
Building great and genuine relationships
- Leading the implementation of strategies to ensuring EARS is top in clients’ and customers’ mind
- Constantly looking for opportunities to add value to our client’s brands
- Have regular formal and informal meetings to propose new ideas
- Attending conferences and industry events
Finance and Planning
- Participate in business planning and target setting.
- To ensure all projects are costed profitably.
- Ensure timely revenue collection.
Personal Attributes
CRITERIA ESSENTIAL
Qualification:
- Bachelor's degree or Diploma Business, marketing, or related field
- Experience: Any Experience in Sales in a Commercial Entity
DESIRABLE
- Broadcasting, Advertising and PR related Operations
Knowledge:
- Technical knowledge of EARS & Customer Value Propositions – Training will be provided
