Job Summary

We are looking for two (2) dynamic and results-oriented Sales and Marketing Executives to join our growing team. These roles are ideal for passionate individuals who can promote travel products and services, attract new clients, maintain strong relationships with existing customers, and execute marketing strategies that drive business growth.

Key Responsibilities

Sales Duties

● Sell travel products including safaris, air tickets, car hire, hotel bookings, and visa services.

● Identify and pursue new business opportunities via cold calls, field visits, referrals, online platforms, and networking.

● Present sales pitches and proposals to prospective clients and corporate partners.

● Achieve monthly sales targets and key performance indicators (KPIs).

● Maintain follow-up with clients to ensure satisfaction and encourage repeat business.

● Prepare sales reports and support business forecasting and market intelligence.

Marketing Duties

● Design and implement digital and traditional marketing campaigns to boost brand visibility.

● Manage the company’s social media platforms: content creation, posting, and customer engagement.

● Participate in trade shows, exhibitions, and promotional events.

● Create promotional materials, newsletters, and execute email campaigns.

● Analyze market trends, customer behavior, and competitor activities to improve strategies.

● Propose creative campaigns and offers to attract and engage customers.

Qualifications & Skills

● Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Tourism, Business Administration, or related field.

● 2–3 years of proven experience in sales and marketing, ideally within the travel or hospitality industry.

● Strong track record in achieving sales targets and maintaining client relationships.

● In-depth knowledge of tourism products in Uganda and East Africa.

● Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.

● Self-motivated, confident, and able to work independently.

● Proficient in Microsoft Office, CRM systems, and digital marketing tools.

● Strong organizational and multitasking abilities; ability to work under pressure.

● Fluency in English is required; knowledge of French or German is a plus.

● A valid driver’s license is desirable but not mandatory.

● Experience in Insurance sales will be an added advantage.
