Job Description/Requirements
Core Responsibilities
- Policy Education: Educate potential buyers about the relevance of life assurance policies. This should be done after carrying out a thorough needs analysis.
- Market research and analysis. The agent must be in a position to research possible markets, open markets for continuity and do market performance analysis.
- Sales & Application Processing: The agent will be required to process the necessary applications and paperwork for the insurance company.
- Ensure that all policies sold are mentioned in books through a proper client relationship management mechanism. The agent has to provide ongoing support and service as a trusted advisor.
- Ensure productivity and compliance with regulatory procedures
