Role Description

The insurance Sales Agent will be responsible for selling insurance products, meeting sales targets, and providing excellent customer service. Daily tasks will include communicating with potential and existing clients, understanding their insurance needs, preparing and presenting sales proposals, and following up on leads. The Sales Agent will also participate in training sessions to stay updated on product knowledge and sales techniques.

Qualifications

• Strong Communication and Customer Service skills
• Proven Sales experience, preferably in the insurance industry
• Ability to provide Training to clients and team members
• Excellent interpersonal and negotiation skills
• Ability to work independently and manage time effectively
• Knowledge of insurance products and services is a plus
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field
