1.0 INTRODUCTION

Oryx Energies is one of Africa's largest and longest-established independent providers of Fuel, Lubricants, Gas

products and services with Headquarters in Geneva, Switzerland. We source, transport, store, supply and distribute

the products needed by consumers, businesses and other operations across sub-Saharan Africa.

ORYX ENERGIES UGANDA LIMITED intends to dispose off its equipment at the locations below.

2.0 INSPECTION OF THE EQUIPMENT

The equipment can be inspected after notifying us by phone: 0707-333013 or email: demika.salimwe@oryxenergies.

Com and we guide you on how to go about it. The items are at our Headquarters on Mulwana Road and LPG plant in

Lutzia.Inspection will be by appointment only.

3.0 CONDITIONS OF SALE

The Equipment will be sold as is basic:

Oryx Energies is not obliged to accept any bid

All the items per unit be sold at once

The successful bidder will be informed in writing and will be required to deposit money on the provided Oryx

Energies Account by a specified date.Failure to pay by that date, the other will be given to the next best bidder.

4.0 SUBMISSION OF BIDS

Well written bids can be submitted either in sealed envelopes addressed to
