Mega Pak Uganda Limited invites eligible and competent transport service providers to submit quotations for the hiring of semi-trailer trucks for the transportation of construction materials within the Central and Eastern Regions of Uganda.

Scope of Services:

• Provision of roadworthy semi-trailer trucks (30–40 tons capacity)

• Transportation of construction materials on call-off basis

• Routes covering Kampala and surrounding Central & Eastern region destinations

Eligibility Requirements:

Interested bidders must submit copies of:

• Certificate of Registration / Incorporation

• Valid Trading License

• TIN Certificate

• Valid Motor & Third-Party Insurance

• Vehicle Logbook(s)

• Valid Driving Permit for assigned drivers

• Evidence of previous similar assignments
