Donswift is seeking an Operations Manager to oversee its hardware, cement distribution and logistics operations.

Responsibilities or duties

• Oversee hardware, cement distribution and logistics operations to ensure efficiency, stock control and profitability.
• Manage procurement, supplier relationships and inventory systems to prevent stockouts and minimise losses.
• Monitor operational performance, sales and financial records to support profitability and informed business decisions.

Qualifications or requirements

Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, or a related field.

Experience needed

5 years

An MBA or strong finance background is highly preferred.
