CALL FOR BIDS: LOGO REDESIGN AND BRAND IDENTITY UPDATE

Nyakayajo Sacou Ltd invites qualified and experienced service providers to:

• Submit a portfolio of past work relevant to this project.

• Submit proposals for five redesigns of our logo, redefinition of our organization name, and the rewarning of key elements and brand identity. This initiative aims to align our visual identity and naming with our current vision, mission, and future aspirations.

• Provide a technical and financial proposal for this project.

Evaluation Criteria
Bids will be evaluated based on:

• Creativity and alignment with project goals.

• Relevance of previous work.

• Technical approval and methodology.

• Cost-effectiveness.

• Timelines and delivery schedule.

Scope of Work
The successful holder will be expected to:

• Propose a new or refined logo (if applicable) to reflect the organization's brand direction and identity.

• Redesign the organization's logo in line with modern branding trends and the organization's values.

• Redefine and incorporate essential elements within the logo to reflect the core mandate of the organization.

• Provide logo variations for different use cases (e.g., digital, print, monochrome, etc.).

• Deliver brand guidelines for logo usage, colour schemes, fonts, and related visual elements.

All proposals must be submitted by 25-August-2025 at 5:00 PM.
