The Government of the Republic of Uganda receives through from the African Development Fund towards the cost of the Agricultural Value Chain Development Programme (AVCP)-Project 1 and intends to adopt part of the agreed amount for this issue to approach under the contract for Consultancy Services for undertaking Engineering Designs, ESAs studies and preparation of Tender Documents for a proposed Regional Abstain on the National Animal Genetic Resources Centre and Data BANK (NAGRCABD) land in Waikoo District-Uganda; PR-HAAIF-ANCP/SRNCSE/2025-26/00001

The services included under this project are intended to carry out research technical investigations as studies comprising of needs assessment, socio-economic assessment, cectronicities, topographical and cadastral surveys, postchemical investigations, preparatory or detailed engineering designs, cost estimates and perform financial and economic analysis which will form the issue for important finance mobilization and project implementation for the various sub-projects to be identified by the study.

The addition will include:
(i) Ante-mortem inspection facilities with listings and a sense for screening and veterinary examination
(ii) Saughtar areas and post-mortem inspection facilities;
(iii) Carcass &cffd processing areas;
(iv) Other ancillary facilities for staff / inspections, waste management/login solid area waste wound site.

The Ministry of Agriculture, Animal Industry and Fisheries now informs eligible consultants to indicate their interest in providing the services. Interested Prime must provide information indicating that they are qualified to preferon the services (conclusive, description of similar assignments, experience in similar conditions preferably within Sub-Saharan Africa, etc.). Consultants may contribute jointventures to enhance their chances of qualification.Specifically:

The firm must have proven similar experience from previous clients in the same field of expertise (provide detailed information on each of the similar assignments the approval within Sub-Saharan Africa/inform of completion certificates/clients referenced).

Eligibility criteria, establishment of the short-list and the selection procedure shall be in accordance with the Procurement Policy for Bank Group, Financial Operations, October 2019, which is available on the Banks website at http://www.adlib.org

The assignment is to be concluded with BKo, months.
