Bid Submission:

All bids must be submitted electronically via our online sourcing system by the following deadline not later than Wednesday, September 3, 2025, at 5:30 PM.

Opening of Proposals:

Bid opening will be conducted in accordance with World Vision Uganda’s internal procedures on Thursday, September 4, 2025.

• Only successful bidders will be contacted. All other bidders will receive a debrief via email after the evaluation process.

• World Vision Uganda reserves the right to reject any bid and is under no obligation to award the contract to the lowest or any bidder.
