Expression of interest and bidding document

Interested service providers may express their interest and obtain bidding documents by submitting their organization details via this link https://forms.office.com/r/ADb8_wqT1q no later than Wednesday, February 25th, 2026 at 5:30 PM.

Bid Submission:

All bids must be submitted electronically via our online sourcing system no later than Friday, March 13th, 2026 at 5:30 PM.

Opening of Proposals:

Bid opening will be conducted in accordance with World Vision Uganda's internal procedures on Wednesday, February 25th, 2026 at 5:30 PM.

Important Notes:

Only successful bidders will be contacted. All other bidders will receive a debrief via email after the evaluation process.
World Vision Uganda reserves the right to reject any bid and is under no obligation to award the contract to the lowest or any bidder.

Any form of lobbying will result in immediate disqualification.
