REGULATORY & COMPLIANCE MANAGER

Location: Entebbe / Kampala (Frequent DGSM Attendance)

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Manage company compliance trackers, statutory filings & licences.
• Represent the company in person at DGSM, NEMA, and relevant bodies.
• Lead end-to-end processing for tin export documentations.
• Oversee environmental audits and annual statutory returns

REQUIREMENTS

• Background in regulatory affairs, legal compliance, or mining law.
• Strong deadline  management and government liaison skills.
• Meticulous with statutory documentation and reporting.
