Reliable Devices UG Limited, registered in 2024 and fully licensed under the laws of Uganda, is a fast-growing device selling company. We are proud to have recently secured a contract with Watu Simu Uganda to distribute Samsung A-Series devices under an asset financing scheme across Uganda.
As we expand our footprint, we are seeking qualified, dynamic, and result-oriented Regional Managers to drive our operations in various regions of Uganda.
Key Responsibilities
- Drive the regional sales strategy to achieve and exceed performance targets.
- Supervise and coordinate field agents and sales representatives.
- Ensure smooth implementation of the asset financing scheme in the assigned region.
- Monitor and report on market trends and customer preferences.
- Build strong relationships with local stakeholders, retailers, and community partners.
- Support recruitment, training, and performance management of field teams.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and Uganda’s legal requirements.
- Provide weekly performance updates and insights to the Head Office.
- Develop innovative approaches to scale up customer acquisition and retention.
Minimum Qualifications
- A Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Sales, or a related field.
- At least 2 years of experience in a similar role or in field-based sales and distribution.
- Strong leadership and team management skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Willingness to travel and work in any part of Uganda.
- Proven ability to work under pressure and deliver results in a fast-paced environment.
