Job Description/Requirements
The recovery officer is responsible for managing and overseeing loan recoveries, ensuring timely loan repayments, and minimising the risk of loan defaults.
Minimum Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in microfinance, Business, or a related field
- Previous experience in loan recovery, credit collection, or debt management is preferred
- Strong negotiation and conflict resolution skills
- Knowledge of microfinance principles and lending practices
- Excellent interpersonal and customer service abilities
- Strong analytical and decision-making capabilities
- High levels of integrity, honesty, and professionalism in professional dealings
