Job Purpose

To manage patient records and information systems by ensuring accurate documentation, safe storage, retrieval, and confidentiality of health records.

Qualifications and Experience

  • Certificate or Diploma in Health Records and Information Management or a related field.
  • Knowledge of medical records systems is an added advantage.
  • Previous experience in a healthcare facility is preferred.

Skills and Competencies

  • Attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Good organizational skills.
  • Computer literacy.
  • Confidentiality and professionalism.
  • Good communication skills.
